development by which he or she uses intuition to assist
the process. In the first section, it offers some ground-breaking
ideas about spiritual development, including recent
cutting-edge scientific developments. The second –
and main – part of the book, leads the reader
down an experiential path, giving step-by-step practical
exercises that will enable readers to develop and learn
about their own spirituality. Much of the contents have
been researched as part of a six-year process in acquiring
an advanced degree in psycho-spiritual studies from
Surrey University. The “lessons” are based
on practical experience with a wide range of students
and can be mastered at home by anyone with sufficient
devotion and attention.
